His pupils enlarge and his expression changes into excited temptation. Camera subtly pushes toward the red button. 2.2–3.0s — FRAME 3 Extreme close-up of the dragon and red EASY button. The dragon slowly extends one tiny claw with a mischievous smile. The coach suddenly realizes what he is doing, jumps upward in panic and waves both arms trying to stop him. The dragon presses the center of the glowing EASY button. Strong mechanical BUZZ and red flash. 3.0–4.0s — FRAME 4 Immediate hard cut to a dynamic Dutch-angle wide shot. The machine violently activates. Multiple robotic arms shoot outward at once and grab the dragon’s arms, legs and huge belly. The dragon is lifted from the floor; eyes bulge and mouth opens in panic. A shockwave throws the tiny coach backward with his clipboard. Sparks erupt. The machine’s digital smiling face instantly changes into a sinister mischievous grin. 4.0–5.5s — FRAME 5 Extremely fast chaotic workout montage. Keep the dragon fat during this entire section. Mechanical arms force him to run insanely fast on a treadmill while other arms make him lift dumbbells, stretch his limbs and perform exercises at impossible speed. His huge belly, cheeks and tiny wings violently wobble. Dragon screams silently with huge terrified eyes. Rapid camera movement, speed ramps, motion blur, sparks, smoke, sweat droplets and vibrating machinery. The machine visibly overheats. 5.5–6.5s — FRAME 6 Transformation begins inside the machine. Dragon becomes a bright backlit silhouette surrounded by electric blue lightning and golden-orange energy. Show the transformation clearly in one continuous motion: huge belly rapidly shrinks → waist narrows → chest expands → shoulders become broad → arms and legs become muscular → tiny wings rapidly unfold and grow into enormous majestic wings. Same head, same horns, same face. Energy peaks with sparks and smoke. The tiny coach watches from foreground, completely stunned. 6.5–8.3s — FRAME 7 Machine doors burst open and thick smoke rolls outward. Dramatic low-angle hero shot. The transformed dragon slowly walks through the smoke toward camera. He is now muscular and athletic with broad shoulders, defined chest and abs, narrow waist, powerful legs and huge wings, but his face remains cute and unmistakably identical to the original dragon. smashes through the wall, sending debris and equipment flying.
