GoEnhance.ai (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "GoEnhance") attaches great importance to the protection of privacy and personal information of your users (hereinafter referred to as "you"). This Privacy Policy is closely related to your use of GoEnhance and various business functions included in the service (collectively, "our products and/or services"). It is desirable that you carefully read this Privacy Policy before using our products and/or services and confirm that you are fully aware of and understand the terms set forth in this Privacy Policy and allow you to make any choices you deem appropriate in accordance with the guidelines set forth in this Privacy Policy. By commencing to use or continuing to use our products and/or services after we have updated this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy (including any updates thereto) and that you consent to our collection, use, store and sharing of relevant information about you in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to your access to and use of our products and services through the GoEnhance webpages, GoEnhance applets, GoEnhance software development kit (SDK) and application programming interfaces (API) for third party websites and applications. However, if a separate Privacy Term/Privacy Agreement is set up for such products and/or services, such separate Privacy Term/Privacy Agreement shall prevail, and this Policy shall apply to anything not mentioned in the separate Privacy Term/Privacy Agreement.
This Policy shall not apply to the following circumstances:
(1) Information and/or services provided by third parties (including any third party applications, websites, products, services and etc.) which are included in or linked to our products and/or services and such information and/or services are operated by third parties. The personal information collection and/or use rules explained by the third parties to you separately shall apply to your use of such information and/or services.
(2) Other products and/or services not provided by GoEnhance to you.
I、 How do we use your personal information
We collect and use your personal information for the purposes described in this Policy based on the principles of legality, fairness, minimization of necessity and transparency. If we use your personal information for purposes not specified in this Policy, or collect and use your personal information for other special purposes, we will separately explain to you in detail the corresponding purposes, methods, scope and other rules for the collection and/or use of your personal information in a reasonable manner (including, without limitation, by updating this Policy, re-signing a document, page directions, pop-up window, site mail, mail, website announcement or other ways convenient for you to understand) and will collect and use such information only after obtaining your authorized consent.
System permissions such as address book, location, camera, microphone, photo album, etc. will not be opened by default. System permissions will only be accessed for the purpose of realization of specific functions/services upon your express authorization, which may be withdrawn by you at any time. It should be specially noted that, even if the corresponding permissions are available upon your authorization, we will only use such access to the extent as authorized by you; and if you refuse to provide such access, it will only make you unable to use the corresponding functions, but will not affect your normal use of other functions of the products and/or services.

VI 、Protection of Minors' Information
We attach great importance to the protection of minors' personal information. GoEnhance is mainly marketed towards adults. If you are a minor under the age of 18, before using the product, you shall, under the supervision and guidance of your parent or other guardian, read and agree this Privacy Policy. If you are the guardian of a minor under the age of 16, before using GoEnhance and related services, you shall make your ward read and agree this Privacy Policy.
Our Service is not directed to children under the age of 18. GoEnhance does not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under the age of 18. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 18 has provided Personal Information to GoEnhance through the Service, please email us at [email protected]. We will investigate any notification and if appropriate, delete the Personal Information from our systems.
